All images and text are copyrighted and protected under international law, and may not be reproduced in any form. Silvergroup.dk is not legally responsible for any incorrect descriptions, price errors, quantity errors or currency errors. Prices are subject to change without further notice.
Prices
Prices are shown in USD and DKK and updated every day according to actual currency value. All prices are exclusive of value added tax (VAT) and import fees. For buyers within the European Union the final purchasing price can be calculated by adding 25 % to the item price. Buyers outside the European Union can calculate the final purchasing price by adding the national import fee and national value added tax.
Shipping Costs and Insurance
If your country is member of the European Union and you do not enter a VAT-number, your order will be charged 25% VAT.
Shipping cost for customers within the European Union is USD 12.00, and for non-members the cost is USD 28.00. Orders exceding USD 600.00 are shipped free of charge. All shipments are fully insured by Silvergroup.dk.
World Wide Shipping Costs and Insurance
Shipment cost and insurance are free for orders exceeding USD 600.00. If the order amount is below USD 600.00 the customer will be charged an amount of maximum USD 28.00 for shipping and insurance.
Delivery
Upon confirmation of payment orders are executed within 24 hours, in case of any delay we will contact you be e-mail with further information regarding your shipment. When the order is dispatched we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Return & Refund Policy
All items can be returned within 14 days from shipment date. Shipment costs, import fees and other handling costs will however not be refunded. Returned items must further more be in restockable condition, i.e. no signs of use or damage and in original package. Package can be opened. Should the item be damaged at delivery, then please contact silvergroup.dk at info@silvergroup.dk for insurance questions.
